Hiratsuka

Hiratsuka (hērä`tskä), city (1990 pop. 245,950), Kanagawa prefecture, central Honshu, Japan, on Sagami Bay and the Sagami River. It is a commercial and industrial center with industries producing automobiles, rubber, chemicals, and machinery.
